Q: What open source products will be offered on this platform?
A: We are open to any open source products in terms of offering based on the individual customer needs. If you do not find any specific products do let us know.

Q: What is customized deployment model on Amazon AWS platform?
A: The open source product deployment is based on the customer requirement in terms of no of users’ base. The Amazon Instance (Small, Medium, Large etc) is made to meet the customer non functional requirements in terms of performance. The other Amazon Services used are EBS, S3, Monitoring, load balancing depending on the customer needs. We will take care of requirements in terms of security, data encryption, data backs up as needed.

Q: Why Amazon AWS is chosen?
A: We believe Amazon AWS being in infrastructure As A Service provider offers great flexibility in terms of choice of virtualized instances, operating system and supporting software. There is no vendor lock in in terms of hosted solution and easy to move to any other platform including in-house infrastructure if required. Being on Amazon platform allows the user build secure, reliable, cost effective , scalable solutions.

Q: What about the data privacy and access?
A: We as System Integrator do not access the custom data. We access the instance from the monitoring the solution perspective. The other security guidelines offered by Amazon is followed and applied as required. If needed please refer the Amazon Security guidelines available under AWS documentation.

Q: can I migrate in-house open source based solution to Cloud ?
A: Yes. If you are already using open source product in-house and like to move into Cloud it will be done as customized deployment. Exact solution for data migration along with the customized product settings will depend upon the product to product basis.

Q: Will I billed in the free trail?
A: 7 day free trail is completely free for the customer. If the customer decides to subscribe then customer will be billed for our support model on a monthly basis and will be billed seperately from Amazon AWS platform based on the resource consumption.

Q: How Amazon AWS will be billed to customer?
A: 7 day free trial is completely free for the customer. If the customer decides to subscribe then customer will be billed for our Basic or Gold package on a monthly basis.

Q: What kind support we give in terms of using AWS platform?
A:We suggest the best cost effective AWS option in terms of selecting the instances and other services supporting individual business needs. We do Amazon cost analysis upfront for the customer and recommend the required architecture for deployment. We also monitor the instance usage on a regular basis and suggest any other options to limit the budget and gain complete advantages of the AWS platform services.
