Mobile Device Management(MDM) with G Suite..!

MDM(Mobile Device Management) is a very remarkable & useful feature which Google provide with it`s G Suite customers. IF you are G Suite Administrator then Google’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) allows you to remotely manage mobile devices distributed throughout your organisation using the G Suite Admin console. With this, you can seamlessly enforce device policies and security settings over mobile devices in your organisation.

A few examples of MDM’s features are: camera restriction, remote wipe of devices or block accounts, deploying business apps to devices and more. As a G Suite administrator, you can manage Android and Apple iOS mobile devices. You can also manage Microsoft Windows Phones, smartphones, and tablets that use Microsoft Exchange Active Sync.

Being a Administrator of your Domain,You can Manage mobile devices from anywhere. Use your Admin console, or use the Admin app for Android and iOS devices. Keep mobile device data secure with a comprehensive set of policy settings. MDM Recommend and make available preferred business applications. Mobile Application Management:

Let your device users know they can install preferred business apps from the white-list you create.

For example:

1. You can white-list Android apps hosted at Google Play for Work.

2. You can white-list iOS apps hosted at the Apple App store, and users can obtain them through the Device Policy profile automatically installed for their iOS devices.

2. Use reports to get the big picture, and use audit logs to drill down into individual event details.

3. Respond quickly to any device activity that indicates policy noncompliance, with a range of actions, from blocking an account to removing the account from the device.
