Business Problem:

Nine9 was using a hosted IMAP Server which was getting decommissioned by their service provider. They evaluated many solutions and in the end decided to go with Google Workspace because of the collaborative interface and secure-by-design infrastructure.

Technical details:

Evonence helped Nine9 migrate all the user's emails, contacts and calendar events from IMAP Server to Google Workspace. All the user data was migrated from local PST files as there was no access available to the IMAP Server from their service provider. Each employee was individually contacted and guided through the migration process for the complete transition of data from IMAP Server to Google Workspace.

Benefits of moving to Google workspace:

Improved security and real-time collaboration through the Google workspace. Better email performance. Migrated users from outlook client to Google Chrome profile to take full advantage of Google cloud tools like Drive, chat, Google docs, etc. Helped work from home or remote working options with access to data securely from any device and any location.

Customer testimonial:

My experience with Evonence has been excellent. Their team was very helpful and walked us through the process step by step and were prompt on getting back to us during the transition to make sure that nothing was missed or skipped. I would encourage anyone looking to use a Google partner to reach out to Evonence.
