Business Problem:
Clear Medical Imaging was using a hosted Exchange server which was getting decommissioned by their service provider. They evaluated many solutions and in the end decided to go with Google Workspace because of the collaborative interface and secure by design infrastructure.
Technical details:
Evonence helped Clear Medical Imaging migrate all the users emails, contacts and calendar events from Exchange to Google Workspace. All the user data was migrated from local PST files as there was no access available to the Exchange server from their service provider. Each employee was individually contacted and guided through the migration process for the complete transition of data from exchange to Google Workspace.
