Business Problem:
House of Schwan was using an Exchange server which was in their premises. They were facing a lot of problems with the maintenance of this on-premise server. They evaluated many solutions and in the end decided to go with Google Workspace because of the collaborative interface and secure by design infrastructure.
Technical details:
Evonence helped House of Schwan migrate all the user's emails, contacts, and calendar events from Exchange to Google Workspace. All the user data was migrated from Exchange using Google-provided migrations tools. We set up a migration server that copied all the data from Exchange to Google Workspace without any data loss.

Reduced IT maintenance costs with the removal of on-prem exchange servers. Moving to cloud-based collaboration tools helped better employee collaboration in real-time, easier access to cloud data storage, and enterprise-grade data security.
